Effective date: October 11, 2026. By creating an account, ordering, or downloading a design, you agree to these terms and the Commercial License. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use the website lawfully.

This website supplies digital embroidery files only; no physical product is shipped. Prices, formats and design specifications are displayed before checkout. Paid orders are submitted through WhatsApp and are confirmed only after our team verifies availability and payment.

Memberships are personal, cannot be shared, and may include daily limits, total allowances and expiry dates. Unused daily allowances do not roll over. We may suspend accounts involved in unauthorized file sharing, fraud or misuse.

Check machine compatibility, dimensions and formats before ordering. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to correcting, replacing or refunding the affected digital product under the Refund Policy.
