You may use acquired designs on unlimited finished physical products for personal use or commercial sale. You may edit or resize the files for your own embroidery work.

You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or distribute the EMB/DST files, including edited versions. Accounts and memberships are personal and cannot be shared.

Designs acquired through purchase or an active membership remain in your library for re-download. Acquiring a design does not transfer its copyright.
