The Imran Pothia name, logo, website presentation, product previews and original embroidery design files are owned by Imran Pothia or used with authorization. All applicable copyrights and intellectual-property rights are reserved.

Buying or downloading a design grants only the usage rights described in the Commercial License. It does not transfer ownership of the source file, artwork or copyright. Digital files may not be copied, shared, uploaded, resold, sublicensed or redistributed, including edited or converted versions.

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact us with identification of the work, the relevant page or design, your contact details and evidence of ownership. We will review genuine notices promptly.
