Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Because embroidery files are digital products, an order may be cancelled before the files are delivered. After a file has been supplied or downloaded, purchases are normally non-refundable.

Contact support within 7 days if a file is corrupted, unavailable, materially different from its listing, duplicated in billing, or cannot be opened in the listed format. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue.

We will investigate and may provide a corrected file, replacement, store credit or refund when appropriate. A change of mind, incorrect machine selection, or problems caused by unsupported editing or resizing normally do not qualify. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
